Cabalgando con historia corresponde a un producto que dura 1 día completo, el cual corresponde a un conjunto de actividades interactivas para lograr rescatar la cultura campestre aysenina. Durante el desarrollo de la actividad se tocarán diversos temas culturales tales como:
- El Mate y su historia.
- Costumbres del hombre de campo.
- Trabajo campero: La Ordeña.
- Comidas típicas y sus preparaciones.
- Definición de "aperos" y sus usos.
- Conceptos básicos para cabalgar.
- Tipos de viviendas camperas: Puesto, Rancho, Puebla y Población.
- Actividades recreativas: Chamame y Rancheras.
Riding with history corresponds to a product that lasts 1 full day, which corresponds to a set of interactive activities to rescue the Aysenian country culture. During the development of the activity will touch diverse cultural subjects such as:

Work campero: La Ordeña.
Typical meals and their preparations.
Definition of "tools" and their uses.
Basic concepts for riding.
Types of dwellings: Place, Ranch, Puebla and Population.
Recreational activities: Chamame and Rancheras.
- Se realizará una mateada entre el turista y los guías a cargo de la actividad.
- El mismo turista luego de la explicación de los alimentos típicos procederá con la preparación de su propio desayuno y posteriormente parte de su almuerzo.
- Se les enseñara el trabajo de la ordeña y tendrá que efectuar una ordeña.
- Se les explicara como ensillar un caballo y luego tendrán que realizarlo con su propio ejemplar.
- Se les explicara sobre los dos bailes típicos regionales, la ranchera y el chamame, y se les enseñara a bailarlos.
Todas las actividades anteriores estarán bajo supervisión de los guías a cargo.
The topics mentioned above will be treated in an interactive way, where the tourist will be involved with practical activities such as:

-Charla introductoria sobre la vida de la gente de campo.
8.30 hrs: Recolección de huevos e ida a ordeñar.
9.00 hrs: Preparación de desayuno campero (bife a los tientos)
10.00 hrs: Charla sobre los aperos de montar y las instrucciones básicas para realizar la cabalgata.
11.00 hrs: Inicio de la cabalgata (durante el circuito se ira hablando sobre flora, fauna e historia regional dándole énfasis a las construcciones camperas tales como puestos, ranchos, pueblas y poblaciones)
14.00 hrs: Termino de la cabalgata.
14.30 hrs: Inicio de la preparación del almuerzo junto con una leve explicación de las comidas típicas campestres.
16.00 hrs: Inicio del almuerzo acompañado con música regional.
17.30 hrs: Termino del almuerzo e inicio de actividades recreativas culturales de baile (Chamame y Ranchera).
19.30 hrs: Término del producto y realización de actividad de cierre con evaluación del guiado.
20.00 hrs: Retorno a
Coyhaique.

7.45 hrs: -Check-in and welcome to the tourists.
-Charla explanatory about the mate.
-Charla introductory on the life of the country people.
8.30 hrs: Collection of eggs and going to milk.
9.00 hrs: Preparation of breakfast campero (beef steaks)
10.00 hrs: Talk about riding implements and the basic instructions to carry out the horse riding.
11.00 hrs: Start of the horse riding (during the circuit you will talk about flora, fauna and regional history giving emphasis to rural constructions such as stalls, ranches, villages and towns)
14.00 hrs: End of the horse riding.
14.30 hrs: Start of the preparation of the lunch together with a slight explanation of the typical rural foods.
16.00 hrs: Start of the lunch accompanied with regional music.
17.30 hrs: End of lunch and start of cultural recreational dance activities (Chamame and Ranchera).
19.30 hrs: Term of the product and realization of closing activity with guidance evaluation.
20.00 hrs: Return to Coyhaique.
